Prices

Prices include VAT @ 17½%

Minimum order of £10 (purchase price, not including shipping)

Delivery Charges

Free delivery for orders over £40. A delivery charge of £3.95 is levied on all orders under £40.  

Please note that in order to keep delivery charges as low as possible standard delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days.

Please note that most consignments are sent by carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not at your home address during daytime hours Monday-Friday, please specify alternative instructions in the "Your Notice to Us" section of the customer details page at the checkout, or a work or alternative delivery address in the "Different Shipping Address" section. Please note our carriers cannot leave goods in sheds, porches etc... they must be signed for. 

Rates are for orders to the mainland UK only.

Terms

In the case that all goods are not in stock and a part order is sent, a note with goods to follow will be included and items will be sent as soon as they are back in stock.

Orders will be despatched only after the validity of the credit card transaction has been confirmed.

Please check goods on receipt of delivery and contact Seawhite within 3 days if there is a discrepancy.

Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims made outside of this period cannot be accepted.

Goods can be returned with refund of the price of the goods purchased up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

All goods are offered subject to availability and all sizes and weights quoted are approximate. Our policy is one of continual improvement, therefore some product specifications may vary from those described in the shop. Seawhite reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Privacy & Security

All information and data obtained will be processed fairly and lawfully and will only be kept for particular and lawful purposes. Such information will not be disclosed in any way. Data will not be stored longer than necessary and individuals have the right to confirm that such data no longer exists or that it should be erased should it still exist.

Order and payment details are sent via an encrypted secure SSL and PGP connection. Seawhite takes no responsibility for any credit card loss or fraud resulting from sending information this way. We are not liable for credit card loss when credit card details are sent any other way than our encrypted connection, for example normal Email. Please contact your credit card company immediately if you suspect any fraud on your card and follow their procedures.
