Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Checkout / Payment Methods: For credit account holders you can choose the "Invoice with Order" option, whereby we'll send an invoice when the goods have been sent. No pre-payment is required. This is strictly only for schools, colleges and credit account holders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo debit / credit cards. If you are shopping from abroad, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own local currency. We use SagePay secure epayments for processing credit and debit card orders. You will be directed to this secure page at the checkout if paying by card. SagePay is the most widely used and trusted secure payment provider in the UK. We accept cheques. Place your order on the net and choose the cheque option at the checkout. Please send the cheque to our address, made out to "Seawhite of Brighton Ltd." The order will be sent when the cheque has been received and cleared. Please put the order reference number with the cheque and if possible a copy of the order. At the checkout you can also choose the "call us for payment" method, whereby we will call you for credit card details.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

We can now use Parcelforce for Highlands and Islands, so our standard rates apply where possible. Channel Islands are not under this, but the surcharge is normally reasonable. Please contact us for a rate.

| Delivery Schedule Delivery is normally 2 - 5 working days but can be longer in busy periods such as September / October. If you have specific delivery requirements please mention these at the checkout. Please note that to receive blocked orders for the start of September term we need the order by the end of July. |
